Dear Nancy Greene Parents,

B.C. Alpine has kindly advertised our NG Festival that we will be hosting in hopes to increase our number of registrations to this Super Fun Event!  We will need all the volunteers we can get for this event to make it a huge success!  This event is free for our kids and will take place March 3rd & 4th.  Kids will still meet their coach the mornings of and their coach will get them off to the appropriate events.  One day is a dual GS (electronically timed) and the other day is fun events which will include bumps, ramp, obstacle course and speed trap.  There will also be a free BBQ on Saturday prior to the awards.

We currently need volunteers in all areas such as gate keepers, timers, coarse workers, food prep.(for volunteers & BBQ).  If you could assist with any of these duties on either day, please let me know.

The following fees pertain to the BASE Program fees, this includes the home coaching costs, BC Alpine membership fees, and ACA Insurance fees. This season families will not be required to sell BC Alpine GM Raffle Tickets, we will add $50 per family toward a chance at $450 toward your registration cost.  This will be added at registration of your child's program.

Additional costs will be charged for away-from-home events and special camps that may be advertised throughout the season.

We do not offer a private coaching program for any of our published Programs
