The KNSR FIS Program is a comprehensive Program offered to age 15+ participants.

This Program offers athletes:

Thursday night SKILLS session (6:00 p.m. - 8 p.m.)

Friday afternoon Training sessions (1:45 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.)

Saturday, Sunday training and technical skiing sessions (9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.)


The FIS participants are offered an extensive Program to continue the development of their skiing skills in a supportive, safe, and competitive learning environment.

In addition to alpine skiing skills and alpine competitions, the athletes will continue their learning / application of  tactical, psychological, and physical skills to the sport at a more intensive and comprehensive level.

The Program will offer athletes competitions throughout BC and Alberta. All competitions are optional and will be discussed with each parent on an individual basis to personalize the Program. This process is tailored to the needs of the athletes and address any limitations.

Our FIS Program is coached by highly experienced, highly qualified coaching staff with extensive experience at the National and International Level.
