The KNSR K2 Program is a comprehensive Program offered to 13 and 14 year old participants.
This Program offers athletes:
Thursday night SKILLS session (6:00 p.m. - 8 p.m.)
Friday afternoon Training sessions (1:45 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
Saturday, Sunday training and technical skiing sessions (9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.)
Depending on the choice of Program (this Program also incorporates options with the SkierX and All Mountain Programs) participants are offered an extensive Program to continue the development of their skiing skills in a supportive, safe, and creative learning environment.
In addition to skiing skills, the athletes will continue their learning / application of tactical, psychological, and physical skills.
The Kinder 2 Program, depending upon options chosen, will offer athletes competitions throughout the Kootenays as well as BC, Alberta. All competitions are optional and will be discussed with each parent on an individual basis.
Our K2 Program is coached by highly experienced coaching staff with extensive experience at this level.
